PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for preventing pressing deviation of a press apparatus by arranging a guide part to guide an object along movement of a deforming end part and conducting press-forming while preventing a position deviation when an object to be worked in a process of press-forming is bent/ deformed by a punch and is transiently separated from a die. SOLUTION: The guide part 4 formed into the same shape with the locus, on which an end part 9 of an object to be worked is moved in a forming process, is arranged on a punch 2 side, the end part of the object 10 to be worked is caught and held with the guide part 4, when the object is transiently separated from the die 3, the end part 9 is guided by the guide part 4.
