PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeping allowing easy getting in and out of entering and the sleeping bag, and easy controlling of the temperature in the sleeping bag, having a convenient structure. SOLUTION: The front part 1 of the sleeping bag S is provided with two inclined slits 6, 6 extended from an open edge 3a of a sleeping bag inlet 3 where the head of a sleeping bag user is located toward the foot side of the sleeping bag to gradually separate from the other inclined slit 6 as they approach the foot side of the sleeping bag and ended at the side 2 the sleeping bag S, and the two inclined slits 6, 6 are closed by slide fastener 7 made in a set of male and female forms.
