PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health implement for preventing an economy class syndrome (pulmonary embolism) caused by continuing the same posture for a long time. SOLUTION: An air supporter 3 is expanded by an air pump 1 and air pressures are loaded to the calf or the like. Next, air is released by a valve 5 to be opened when the air pressures exceeds a comfortable level. When the air pressures are lowered, the valve 5 is closed. The air supporter 3 is expanded by the air pump 1 again. By repeating this operation, the circulation of the blood can be improved.
