PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably temporarily place a walking stick by adhering in a lower part of a grip of the walking stick when temporarily placing the walking stick on a table at the window. SOLUTION: A device chamber 2 is fixed to a grip part of the walking stick 1. A base 3 is fixed to a bottom part. A shaft of 4 is fixed to the base. A cylinder 5 is pivotally fixed to this shaft. A gear 6 is adhered to this cylinder. A pipe 8 of a cylindrical outside surface is thread-mounted on an upper cylinder by a nut of screwing. An adhesive tape 9 wound on this pipe and a tearing-off body of this adhesive tape are inserted in contact into a shaft 10 fixed to a base lower part and a wheel 11 pivotally fixed to the shaft. A shaft 12 fixed to the base inmost part, the pivotally fixing cylinder 13, a feed gear 14 fixed to this cylinder and the nut 16 screwed in an upper part of the cylinder thread-mount a pipe 15 of the cylindrical outside surface. The adhesive tape is wound on this pipe. A shaft 17 is fixed to a base intermediate part, and a driving body 18 is journaled to this shaft. A ratchet metal fitting 19 is fixed to this driving body. A feed claw metal fitting 20 is journaled, and a push plate 21 and a fixing push spring 22 are journaled. A push spring case 23 and a fixing fastening claw tool 24 are journaled to the base 3.
