PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge auger having resolved problems that, in the retractile structure of the traverse feed auger for a conventional discharge auger, since a retractive unit is provided at a position considerably apart from a longitudinal feed auger, a weight such as of a 2nd cylindrical body is applied onto the retractive unit, resulting in stress concentration on a connective member such as a succession case at the base, which may cause failure of the respective driving mechanisms for the discharge auger, and the tip of the traverse feed auger presents a double structure, therefore being unfavorable in terms of appearance as well. SOLUTION: This discharge auger 17 is composed of a longitudinal feed auger 17a for conveying grains from a grain tank 15 upward and a traverse feed auger 17b collocated with the longitudinal feed auger 17a and intended for conveying grains sideward to a discharge port 86, and the traverse feed auger 17b is constituted of a plurality of cylindrical bodies. In a combine harvester having such a construction as described above, a guide element 62 is fixedly set on the base side of a 1st cylindrical body 61 collocated with the longitudinal feed auger 17a and mounted with a 2nd cylindrical body 63 in a slidable manner to construct a retractive unit 50.
