PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implanting machine for lawn capable of automatically planting the lawn with good workability without taking much time and labor, imparting good rooting ability to a bed soil, allowing to rear the sound lawn in an early period and having easiness in carrying and handling without requiring a wide place and only a small area when stored, when planting the lawn to e.g. golf courses, grounds for sports. SOLUTION: A vehicle 50 is equipped with a hopper 51 capable of storing plural lawn pieces 4 each having a prescribed standard size sot that roots 4a of the lawn pieces 4 face downward in an accumulated state, a supplying means 52 for dropping and supplying the lawn pieces 4 to the bed soil T piece by piece, a pushing means 53 for enabling to push the dropped lawn pieces 4 on the bed soil T, a topdressing supplying means 55 for spraying a topdressing 54 on the lawn and a pressure welding means 56 for carrying out pressure welding of the topdressing 54.
