This invention relates to the device and protocol for Cordyceps sinensis culture and the product uses thereof. The method comprises the following steps: collecting different species sources of Cordyceps sinensis within the same genus; producing good quality hybrid strains via hybridization culture; producing primordium fruitbodies via inoculation of the hybrid strains into the culture media using the tailor-made cultivation container; producing the fruitbodies of the present invention via placing the container into the cultivation incubators or chambers with optimized temperature, humidity, lighting and air conditions which can ensure the normal growth and development of the fungus; the resultant fruitbodies in this invention are suitable for applications in manufacturing of foods, tonics, cosmetics, and immunization products or medicines with the advantages of higher nutrition and remedial uses and lower production costs. <IMAGE> |
