PURPOSE:To provide the calcination method for sewer sludge incineration ashes which improves the yield of products by recycling defectively calcined products and enables coloration. CONSTITUTION:This calcination method for the sewer sludge incineration ashes consists in mixing pulverized matter of <=5mm grain size at 7 to 85wt.% with the sewer sludge incineration ashes and setting the calcination temp. higher by 10 to 50 deg.C than the reference calcination temp. at which the sewer sludge incineration ashes exhibit the max. shrinkage value at the time of calcining the moldings obtd. by uniaxial press forming of a mixture composed of the sewer sludge incineration ashes alone and the pulverized matter of the calcined products consisting of the calcination ashes alone. |
