On the basis of user characteristics such as user's demographic fundamental attributes, taste characteristics and psychological characteristics, a commodity suited for the user can be selected to provide advertisement information to which sales talks appealing to the user and explanation on the product are added. One of sets of advertisement information on an identical commodity is selected at random and presented to the user, the user characteristics of the user having reacted to the advertisement information are collected, and information on the user layer reacting to the advertisement information can be acquired for each set of advertisement information. On the basis of the information acquired on the user layer, the advertisement information suited for each user can be provided effectively. |
