<p>PURPOSE:To provide a manufacture of a hose which can perform favorably heat treatment and is advantageous for molding into a fixed form. CONSTITUTION:A laminated tube 32 having a thin resin tube 30 is used for the inside of a thick unvulcanized rubber tube 28. Fine magnetic powder is mixed into a resin tube 30. An alternating field having frequency of 1-400kHz is allowed to act on the laminated tube 32. The magnetic powder is heated by a hysteresis loss and the resin tube 30 becomes almost a molten state or softened state. Air is blown into through a blow hole 40 of a core mold 42, laminating tube 32 is expanded in a radial direction and its circumferential surface is stuck to the inside 44c of a bellowslike cavity of a blow mold 44. An unvulcanized rubber tube 28 is vulcanized by applying heat to the tube 28 while keeping air pressure within the laminated tube, through which a hose provided with bellows is manufactured.</p> |
