PURPOSE: A settlement method for an integrated financial information electronic card is provided to access a card reader terminal after reading data which includes every financial settlement information and executing user authentication processing. CONSTITUTION: A data input part(11) inputs credit card account information, debit card account information, bank account information, etc. A fingerprint sealing part(12) is provided with a piezoelectric sensor to recognize and detect the shape, location and angle of a fingerprint. A data storage part(15) stores the information inputted from the data input part(11) and the fingerprint data inputted from the fingerprint sealing part(12). A user authentication processing part(16) to authenticates a user's legitimacy reads the fingerprint information inputted from the fingerprint sealing part(12) in settlement, compares it with previously inputted master fingerprint information, extracts singular points in case that both are in accord, and encodes, compresses and stores them. A control part(10), if a fingerprint information transmission request signal is inputted from a card reader(30), deletes the encoded and compressed fingerprint information stored in the data storage part(15) after transmitting it to the card reader(30). A data display part(14) displays transaction details or all the information inputted. A power supply part(13) supplies power.
