PURPOSE: A collective payment method using the Internet is provided to maximize convenience and minimize time and costs by collectively processing all dues. CONSTITUTION: If a user accesses the homepage of a web site(S101), the homepage asks him whether he is a member(S103). In case that the user wants to join the web site, the user inputs his personal information, ID, password and payment account and registers as a member(S105). Then the user inputs information related to payment(S106). The member information inputted through the user's web browser is stored in a database according to a command from a web server(S107). Afterward the user accesses the web site at a point of time that he wants settlement for various public imposts, and inquires charge details of the web server(S109). The web server displays a money-due table to the user's computer. After confirming the details of the money-due table, the user executes revision, registration or deletion for it(S111). Then the user directs the web server to pay the charges(S113-S115). The web server carries out payment from the registered payment account to claimants' deposit accounts using an Internet banking system(S117).
