PURPOSE: A polyester-based resin composition an electric and electronic product prepared by using the composition are provided, to improve the hydrolysis-resistance and to reduce the deterioration of the dielectric breakdown voltage. CONSTITUTION: The polyester-based resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a thermosetting polyester resin; and 0.1-10 parts by weight of a tri- or more valent novolac epoxy resin represented by the formula 1, wherein R1, R2 and R3 are independent each another and are H, a methyl group, an ethyl group, an amine group or a hydroxyl group; and n is an integer equal to or more than 3. Preferably the polyester resin comprises 90 mol or more of the polyester represented by the formula 2, wherein n and m are a repeating unit, n is an integer of 50-300, and m is an integer of 2-4. |
