DEVICE AND METHOD FOR REINFORCING SLOPE WITH CONNECTING WIRES

PURPOSE: A device and method for reinforcing a slope with connecting wires are provided to prevent the local collapse of a slope or a roof fall. CONSTITUTION: A slope reinforcing device comprises: a reinforcing material; an installing member(1); a pressing plate(3); a liner screw(4); a nut(5); a connecting wire(6); and a geogrid(7). The reinforcing material is used as a rock bolt, a soil nail, an earth anchor or an FRP(Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) grouting. The pressing plate has a hole to be inserted a core(9) of the reinforcing material. The installing member comprises a small flat plate and a protruded wall around the flat plate. A hole is formed at the center of the flat plate to insert the core. A guide hole is formed in the wall. A grouting is cured after constructing the reinforcing materials. The pressing plate and the installing member are inserted in the core. The core is installed with the liner screw and the nut by stressing. Connecting wires are penetrated between the installing members through the guide holes to integrate the reinforcing materials. The geogrid is paved to prevent a roof fall.
