APPARATUS FOR GENERATING CLOCK DATA OF FRAME PULSE IN TRANSMITTING SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating clock data of a frame pulse in a transmitting system and a method thereof is provided to improve a space efficiency of a system by eliminating an exclusive pin for a frame pulse and a buffer for clock transmitting. CONSTITUTION: A clock creating unit(31) creates a clock signal(CLK) in order to drive plural signal processing unit. A frame pulse creating unit(33) creates a frame pulse(FP) for a phase synchronization of the plural signal processing unit. A reset pulse creating unit(34) creates reset pulse after receiving the frame pulse. A scrambler unit(32) receives the clock signal(CLK) and the reset pulse from the clock creating unit(31) and the reset pulse creating unit(34) and creates the encrypted clock data and outputs it to the plural signal processing unit.
