PURPOSE: To integrally arrange a large number of switches on a handle pipe, and to improve operability. CONSTITUTION: The plural switches are arranged in line on rows L1, L2 or stages S1 to S4, and an indicating warning system switch group 15 high in urgency and a use frequency is allocated to the row L1 in the vicinity of a handle grip 14. The indicating warning system switch group 15 is allocated to the stage S2 set on a horizontal line including the handle pipe 14p and the stages S1, S3 adjacent above and below the stage. Since an audio switch group 16 and a CB radio transmission switch group 17 relatively low in significance can be allocated to the stage distant from the handle grip 14, an integral degree increases as a whole, so that a switch panel surface can be effectively used, and the operability can be improved.
