POWDER MEDICINE CONTACTING MEMBER OF MEDICINE WRAPPING DEVICE AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for producing a powder medicine-contacting member of a medicine wrapper is provided to prevent powder medicine from attaching to a medicine-wrapping device and to conveniently remove the powder medicine by vibration or suction. CONSTITUTION: A powder medicine contacting member of a medicine wrapping device comprises an injecting hopper having a reverse cone shape by being mounted on an upper portion of a vibration feeder; a vibration feeder trap; an aluminum base material(4); an alumite layer(5) applied to a surface of the aluminum base material; a hole(6) formed by applying the alumite layer; a teflon resin(7) inserted to the hole; a crack(8) generated on a surface of the alumite layer; a compressed roller; a handle unit; and a supporting member welding on an outer circumference of a hopper. Thereby, the powder medicine-contacting member of the medicine-wrapping device prevents the powder medicine from attaching to the medicine-wrapping device. Moreover, the powder medicine-contacting member of the medicine-wrapping device conveniently removes the powder medicine by vibration or suction.
