PURPOSE: An electronic scale is provided to measure weight after operating optimal warm up and to remove measuring error caused by temperature drift. CONSTITUTION: An electronic scale comprises a warm up continuing time calculating unit(20) detecting warm up maintaining period based on power isolating lasting time; a CPU(Central Process Unit)(12) actuating the warm up lasting time calculating unit; a display device(11) indicating weight value through the CPU; a clock device(13) generating a signal displaying time; a memory device(14) memorizing power isolating time; a load detecting unit(15); a power isolating lasting time calculating unit(24); and a display control unit(26) controlling the display device. Thereby, the electronic scale measures weight by operating an optimal warm up time. Moreover, the electronic scale removes measuring error caused by temperature drift.
