PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a meat grill having a removable yellow-soil plate is provided to replace a used yellow-soil plate frequently and to reinforce the usage of a grill. CONSTITUTION: A recessed groove(12) of a yellow-soil plate is formed on a side of the upper end(13) of a grill(1). 42-52wt% of yellow soil powder, 4-6wt% of elvan powder, 7-9wt% of nephrite powder, 2-4wt% of ginseng and 5-7wt% of green tea is mixed with 6-15wt% of water, 8-10wt% of binder, 4-6wt% of antifoaming agent, 8-10wt% of starch and 3-5wt% of dispersing agent in the recessed groove. The mixture is molded and dried regularly. Then the mixture is coated by vegetable oil to protect the surface. Thereby, a yellow-soil plate(11) is manufactured. The rectangular recessed groove is formed upward at the upper end of the metal grill. The yellow-soil plate is inserted into the recessed groove, and grips(15) is formed at both sides of the grill. When the yellow-soil plate is fitted into the recessed groove, the yellow-soil plate is met with the surface of the upper end of the grill. The yellow-soil plate is removable from the recessed groove smoothly. Therefore, the yellow-soil plate is replaced easily.
