PURPOSE: An X-ray detector is to improve adhering strength of wire bonding by forming each auxiliary pad electrode under each pad. CONSTITUTION: A gate and a data auxiliary pad electrode(34a) are formed on a gate and data pad region defined on a substrate. A thin film transistor including a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode is formed on a switching region of the substrate. The gate electrode is connected to a gate wire(30) extended in one direction, the gate wire having on both ends a gate pad(34) covering the gate auxiliary pad electrode. The source wire is connected to a data wire extended in the other direction, the data wire having on both ends a data pad covering the data auxiliary pad electrode. A storage capacitor is formed on a pixel region of the substrate for storing an optical signal in a shape of charge and contacting to the drain electrode of the thin film transistor.
