PURPOSE: A bathtub and bed is provided to easily discharge the urine and feces of a patient in a condition that the patient lays on a bed, and to give the patient a bath without moving the patient. CONSTITUTION: The bathtub and bed comprises a first lifting member(20) having a support bracket(22A,22B) on a tip end part and a distal end part of the bathtub and bed; a patient resting member(30) carried by the support brackets; a base plate(50) raised and lowered by a second lifting member(40) within a partition wall plate(12); a mattress(60) and a mattress cover(70) selectively installed on the base plate; a bathtub selectively installed on the base plate; and a control box for controlling the first lifting member and the second lifting member.
