PURPOSE: A system for constructing and operating a super-mega portal site using Hangul domains is provided to outstandingly shorten an information retrieval time and a time required to reach a destination site by combining "Hangul .com" domains independently and organically. CONSTITUTION: A web server(10) having a basic Hangul .com domain operates a plurality of sectionalized .com domains(14) independently. By subordinating many sub domains(15) to each sectionalized .com domain(14) and linking associated sub domains(15) mutually, the web server(10) can manage and operate thousands of Hangul .com domains. The web server(10) is connected with an information DB(11), a mail server(12) and a member DB(13). The information DB(11) holds information to be provided to each super-mega portal site through the web server(10). The mail server(12), taking the main site operated by the web server(10) as a main domain, provides a membership-system e-mail service. The member DB(13) stores information for members registered in the mail server(12).
