发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HIGH ACTIVITY COMPLEX CATALYST FOR CONTROLLING HALOGENATED VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUND
摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of high activity complex catalyst for controlling halogenated volatile organic compounds is provided, which have almost same reactivity as that of chrome series which is known to have the highest oxidizing activity to halogenated volatile organic compound. Therefore it can oxidize volatile organic compounds generated from various industries. The system also solved the problems relating catalyst loss and disposal encountered using chrome series catalyst. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises as follows: (i) use composite oxidizing catalyst containing at least one component of halogen and cerium, tin, chrome, zinc and zirconium; (ii) distribute subject metals of catalyst to holders of aluminum oxide (Al2O3), silicon oxide (SiO2), zirconium dioxide (ZrO2), titanium dioxide (TiO2) by feeding holder to solution adjusting the volume of solution containing metal precursor of wanted metal oxide to 70% of the volume of carrier minimizing the volume of remainder before agitation for 30 min at ambient temperature followed by drying at 60 deg.C for 30 min at vacuum rotatable evaporator. Dry again at 105 deg.C for 24 hours to yield Metal oxide/Al2O3 before calcination at 350 deg.C for 10 hours to convert to oxide.
