PURPOSE: A blazing method introducing a reaction-inhibiting layer, TiN layer, between preform and blaze alloy in bonding ceramics, and ceramic and metal is provided which improves bonding strength and enables long time use at high temperature. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: preparing a preform(10) selected from Al2O3, Si3N4 and ZrO2; depositing transition metal carbide or transition metal nitride on the preform by physical vapor deposition(PVD) for a reaction-inhibiting layer(20), TiN layer of 0.5-1.0micrometer in thickness; melting a braze alloy(30) such as Cusil active braze alloy(ABA) or Incusil ABA on the deposited layer and thermal-treating. The transition metal carbide is one of Ti(CN), TiC, WC, Mo2C, Cr3C2, NbC, TaC, HfC, ZrC and VC, and the transition metal nitride is one of TiN, TaN, ZrN, HfN, VN, NbN and CrN.
