PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for Internet advertisement using off-line auxiliary memory medium is provided to enable off-line users to watch Internet advertisements in an off-line state and to receive associated benefits. CONSTITUTION: An Internet advertising apparatus using an off-line auxiliary memory medium is comprised of a moving picture data part(110), an Internet access part(140), a user viewing information management part(100), a user viewing status monitoring part(200), an order/sale processing part(300), and a moving picture data management part(400). The Internet access part(140) consists of a homepage(141), a web server(142), a CGI(Common Gateway Interface)(143), and a user information DB(144). The homepage(141) provides a user interface. The web server(142) connects the homepage(141) and Internet. The CGI(143) processes web document data. The user information DB(144) processes user information, such as users' IDs and names. The user viewing information management part(100) contains a user data server(151) and a user data DB(152). The user data server(151) processes user moving picture viewing information. The user data DB(152) manages user moving picture viewing information. Also the user data server(151) collects user moving picture viewing data and transmits them to the user data DB(152).
