PURPOSE: A precious metal case is provided which not only keeps message as well as precious metal using a case but also provides convenience of giving a present to others and elegant external appearance to customers by installing a message plate on one side of the case and a second cushion member for keeping the precious metal on the other side of the case. CONSTITUTION: The precious metal case comprises a cover member (30) manufactured so that both sides are folded centering on a supporting surface (32) that is formed at the center part; a first case (34) one side of which is cohesively adhered to one side of the inner side of the cover member (30) by an adhesive means, in the inner side of which a certain carrying space (36) is formed, and at the corner part of the upper and lower parts of one side of which thin plate type rubber magnets (38) are installed; a first cushion member (40) inserted and fixed to the carrying space (36) of the first case (34); a thin plate type message plate (42) to the upper and lower parts of the one side surface of which double-faced adhesive (44) cohesively fixed to one side surface of the first cushion member (40) is horizontally adhered, and on the front surface of which a message is engraved or written; a second case (46) one side of which is cohesively fixed to the other side of the inner side of the cover member (30) by an adhesive means, in the inner side of which a certain carrying space (48) is formed, and at the corner part of the upper and lower parts of one side of which thin metallic plates are installed so as to be selectively cohesively fixed to rubber magnets (38) installed at the first case (34); and a second cushion member (52) which is inserted and fixed to the carrying space (48) of the second case (46), at both sides of the upper part of which coupling grooves for inserting a necklace are formed, and at the front surface of which carrying grooves (62) for inserting rings and earrings are formed.
