PURPOSE: A user authentication management system is provided to facilitate Internet connection of a user by automatically managing a registered web site of the user. CONSTITUTION: A web server(1) supports at least one client and establishes a web site. A user system(2) is composed of a personal computer having a function accessible to the Internet. A network(3) provides an information transmission path between the web server(1) and the user system(2). The web server(1) has a database, a database management module and a mail management module for confirming membership registration of a number of users and sending e-mails to the users. The user system(2) has a user ID storage(21), a user password storage(22), a web site address storage(23) and a combination unit(24) for combining an ID, a password and an address stored in the user ID storage(21), the user password storage(22) and the web site address storage(23).
