PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover and remove oils and fats contained in wash water and prevent flowing into sewage while effectively utilizing the recovered oils and fats as recycling resources by incorporating an oil-and-fat removing device into a wash stand on the market by manes such as a kitchen table with a sink comprising the wash stand with a cistern, a Chinese range with the sink or the like. SOLUTION: The oil-and-fat removing device is installed to the wash stand with the cistern, in which tableware or the like in washed, and a top plate forming a top face, and wash water containing oils and fats is introduced into the oil-and-fat removing device and oils and fats are recovered.
