Secure transaction procedure between a purchaser and a vendor, uses certification body providing transaction number and validation key to transaction parties and to financial body

The secure transaction associates a unique transaction number with each transaction, validated with a secret code. The number is supplied by a certification body (3). Number and validation are transmitted to purchaser (4) and vendor (1) with a secure payment access key (5). During the transaction the key is sent to the certification body which sends data to a financial organization (2).
