PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC/AC conversion circuit of high conversion efficiency which can be used at a high-voltage range, while ensuring a practical transistor size is ensured. SOLUTION: In this DC/AC conversion circuit, two or more series circuits are connected in parallel across DC input terminals, which circuit is constituted by connecting two switching elements turning on and off, independently in series, and on/off operations of the respective switching elements are repeated alternately with respective prescribed timing, so that AC power is outputted between intermediate nodes of the series circuits. The switching element is a MOSFET using GaN based material, or a switching circuit formed by connecting two or more FETs in series. The product of the stationary on- resistance of the switching element and the effective current value of AC output is 0.0001-0.01 (units of A.Ω). |
