PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the controller for an inverter, having resistance against influence from external disturbance of load and detection noises, and capable of minimizing control of a motor current, steadily with regard to a contribution to high efficiency in AC motor and an inverter for driving the motor. SOLUTION: A plural pairs of memory groups 12, for storing data exciting current command as the amount of operation and data of motor current as the controlled amount, are provide. In this case, a ceiling value IDUP and a bottom value IDLW for giving a variation region of the exciting current command are, so determined that the inside item includes the excitation current command data that corresponds to the minimum motor current data. While the excitation current command is varied in the variation region, the variation region is determined, so as to make the motor current to a minimum. |
