PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated unit of a bathroom and a washroom which enables a care needing person to move easily from a washroom to a bathroom. SOLUTION: Part of a unit structure is provided passing through and projecting from a wall body of a housing. Therefore, the total floor area of the bathroom and the washroom is wider than usual, a space is widespread and easy movement along a wall surface from the washroom to the bathroom is possible.
