SOLUTION: An ozone storing container 26 filled with adsorbent 27 is structured in a U-shape, and supplies ozone to store from one side and then discharged the ozone from the same side. The adsorbent is kept at a temperature between 0 deg.C and -30 deg.C, and the ozone generated by an ozone generator 11 is supplied into a storing portion 29 after being cooled by a cooler 22.
