<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supervisory system that supervises a service registration party, moving over a wide range at a low cost. SOLUTION: A small-sized mobile communication terminal 10 generates electricity, when a service registration party possessing the terminal 10 moves and the terminal 10 makes automatic dial connection and automatic interruption with an exchange 100 once for x-minutes by using an electrical signal of the electricity. The exchange 100 supervises the small-sized mobile communication terminal 10, calls the service registration party, when no call comes from the small-sized mobile communication terminal 10 for a prescribed period. When there is no reply from the service registration party corresponding to the call, the exchange 100 allows an output device 200 to display position information and an alarm message of the small-sized mobile communication terminal 10.</p> |
