<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make temperature and humidity in a containment shelf uniform, provide fungiproof property to cold air for holding high quality and high freshness over a long period of time, and supply fruits to the consumption fields with easy treatment corresponding to various needs in consumption fields stably and intentionally. SOLUTION: There is provided a temperature control device for temperature control for a precooling process A wherein a whisker shaped porous metal plate member 35 is provided on an external peripheral surface of a containment shelf 27 and is closed tightly, and cold air is forced to invade and is circulated to cool fruits to precooling temperature for a predetermined time by making use of ventilating property of the plate member, and a cold insulation process C wherein the cold insulation temperature is kept after passage through the precooling final temperature. The temperature control device 32 stores temperature data in the containment shelf 27 in a data storage memory 33. There is further provided a moistening apparatus 36 for moistening the inside of the containment shelf 27 with sequence temperature control for setting temperature based upon such stored data taking into consideration temperature of fruits and fresh air temperature at precooling final temperature B. Moreover, a humidifier 40 is provided to reduce redox electric potential of water to be moistened for keeping freshness intactly.</p> |
