PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a proper receiving operation according to the content of an electronic mail. SOLUTION: A taken analysis processing part 22 acquires character information from the electronic mail transmitted from a mail reception control part 21. A mail processing operation control part 23 notifies a suffix to indicate a storage position of a keyword to be a retrieving object to the taken analysis processing part 22. The lexical analysis processing part 22 retrieves the acquired character information and discriminates whether or not the keyword to be the retrieving object is included in it. The analysis processing part 22 notifies a discrimination result to the mail processing operation control part 23. When the keyword is included in the character information, the mail processing operation control part 23 acquires data to indicate a notifying operation corresponding to the keyword and enables a reception notifying operation according to the acquired data.
