PROCESSING AGENT WHICH PREVENTS CREAKY SOUND BETWEEN URETHANE FOAM AND METAL SURFACE AND METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing agent to prevent a creaky sound generated when a metal surface to which oil adheres is brought into contact with a urethane foam. SOLUTION: The processing agent to prevent a creaky sound comprises a mixed surfactant of a nonionic oil-soluble surfactant and a nonionic water-soluble surfactant and a water-soluble wax emulsion to dilute the mixed surfactant twice to fifteen times. The mixed surfactant has an HLB of 8.0-10 and the processing agent has a wax content less than 18% and a pH of 8.0-10.0.
