PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that the cooling water used once conventionally becomes slurry including cut surplus soil in the cutting work of concrete and asphalt ill effects are caused by the sediment at various places, chips are precipitated in the sewer after the slurry is discharged in the sewer, an enormous cost is required for its disposal, the chips spread on the road surface are dried and scattered as fine powder and grains after the slurry is discarded on the road surface, this causing an environmental pollution problem, in a present, slurry processing there is no proper processing method thus the slurry is discarded in the sewer or on the road surface after the cooling water is used. SOLUTION: The slurry generated in the cutting work of concreted and asphalt on the road surface is fed to a water cleaning tank provided together with a feed water tank installed on a cutter conveying vehicle, and the slurry is separated there into water and surplus soil. Water is circulated for reuse many times as the cooling water, and the cut surplus soil separated from the slurry can be disposed as the construction surplus soil at a site in this circulation type cut slurry device and a road surface cutting method using this device.
