PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extracting terminal information, by which information for grasping the tendency of consumers is automatically obtained by net shopping using the Internet, etc., which is a method being different from a questionnaire means. SOLUTION: When a personal computer(PC) B performs access to the home page of a personal computer(PC) A for the first time, an information extracting program is downloaded from the PC A to the PC B. Then the downloaded information extracting program is automatically performed when an Internet connection browser is started in the PC B and respective kinds of information such as the mail addresses of the PC B, the history of accessed sites in the past or the addresses of the sites stored as the favorite one are transmitted to the PC A. The PC A stores information transmitted from the PC B in a database, analyzes the needs of the consumers from information of multiple terminals, which are stored in the database, and adjusts the number and the kind of articles.
