PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer material exhibiting a higher specific load factor and less wear than a conventional layer with lead as a base, having compatibility, capable of occluding contaminant grains, not needing to settle and deposit other components and dispersive bodies together, which is produced more advantageously, in terms of cost, than a material formed by PVD and having a sliding layer with tin-copper as a base. SOLUTION: This problem is solved by the multilayer material with its sliding layer 4 having a matrix 5 and with a tin-copper grain 6 consisting of 39-55 wt.% copper and the balance tin embedded in the matrix. |
