PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave discharging type electrostatic acceleration propeller having high reliability and low manufacturing costs by simplifying a system constitution. SOLUTION: A discharging chamber 5 is formed by a side wall 5' as an electric insulator. Power supply are supplied to upstream and downstream sides of the discharging chamber 5 by an acceleration power supply 6. An upstream accelerating electrode 4 and a ring shaped downstream accelerating electrode 8 are disposed. A microwave antenna 4 for discharging microwave A in the discharging chamber 5 is a flat plate shaped antenna formed by a pattern on a printed circuit board, and doubles as the upstream accelerating electrode 4. |
