Test card includes fluid circuit(s) having a network of channels (9) and compartments (17) for transferring a liquid biological sample between inlet(s) and outlet(s). At least part of the network is filled with a hydrophobic fluid that fills capillary spaces formed by angles in the channels and compartments. An Independent claim is included for production of the test card as above by injecting hydrophobic fluid into the card, removing excess fluid by injecting air and injecting the sample.
