The vehicle is fitted with a device, for carrying posters, which consists of a tray (3), open upwards, and which is adapted to contain, temporarily, a liquid for soaking the posters. The tray also provides an evacuation system (14, 15) to enable the liquid to be emptied from the tray and a cover (5) designed to close and seal the tray. The vehicle also carries a reservoir (18) of adhesive.
