摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and light weight micro particles removing device that can efficiently collect light fine micro particles with high density, have no possibility of fire break-out during running of an automobile or a rear impact, and uses a principle of a durable spherical cyclone. SOLUTION: Gas containing micro particles exhausted from a diesel engine first passes through a high voltage treatment device to charge the micro particles. Then while this air comes into a spherical or elliptical separator through an air intake opening, and turns and moves in the separator along the inner wall surface, the micro particles move to the wall surface due to a centrifugal force. The micro particles are converted from hydrophobic to hydrophilic property by charging. The micro particles are recovered to a dust collecting part together with water sprayed from a water injection nozzle mounted in the separator of the spherical or elliptical cyclone. The recovered micro particles and water collected into the external circulating water tank through a drain part. A circulating water pump is mounted to a circulation pipe in the circulating water tank, and the circulation pipe is connected to the water injection nozzle used until water degradation. The air from which the micro particles are removed is exhausted to the external part through treated air exhaust outlet.</p>
