<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve production efficiency by inputting an optimal work instruction to each processing facility in a process system producing factory adopting a job shop style production system. SOLUTION: A proper work-in-process capable of rapidly reducing that of each processing facility is set based on simulation, and a valid work-in-process being the target of each processing facility is obtained based on the proper work-in-process and the present work-in-process, and each processing facility is instructed to process the valid work-in-process in the order of the dates of delivery. Thus, the work-in-process quantity can be reduced according to the most valid mechanism state of each processing facility, and the work object of each processing facility can be limited to the valid work-in-process. Therefore, it is possible to improve the production efficiency by making the present work- in-process quickly approach the proper one.</p> |
