PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the operation abnormality of electronic equipment by securely preventing the issue of an erroneous reset signal due to malfunction at the time of power supply. SOLUTION: After power is supplied, a controller part 6 writes and sets a first reset request in a reset register arranged in the controller part 6 which stores a reset state for generating a reset signal, and after the first reset request is written, writes and sets a second reset request for generating a reset signal in the reset register on the basis of the reset request by hardware, and judges whether the reset based on the second reset request is a normal reset request, and performs different reset control on the basis of the judgment result.
