PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the insulation temperature constant, despite of the heating temperature. SOLUTION: A heating coil 14 and a variable inductor 27 are connected parallel to an inverter 16 through a matching transformer 18 and a matching capacitor 19, and a heat insulation coil 21 is connected serially to the variable inductor 27, and the variable inductor 27 is made variable by making a core 27c move in and out of the coil 27a.
