PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weighted and compact-shaped portable beverage heater suitable for carrying in a trip or the like and heat beverage without a risk of touching a heating part with good heating efficiency. SOLUTION: A heating element is disposed between inner and outer-layers of waterproofed insulating films. The portable beverage heater comprises a film-shaped heater, inner surface of which is formed by an inner side of a film- shaped heater with a shape of arc-circular cylinder, and handle attached to outer surface of the film-shaped heater, functioning as a holding part, including a terminal part connecting a heating wire with head wires. The film-shaped heater is made flexible and the diameter of arc is made expansion and contraction freely.
