PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable delivery rate fuel supplying system capable of suppressing a coil temperature without being influenced by responsiveness of a solenoid valve, and stably controlling a fuel pressure at all times. SOLUTION: This system is provided with injection valves 1a to 1d for injecting fuel to each cylinder in an internal combustion engine, a fuel pump 3 for delivering pressurized fuel from a delivery valve 27 by sucking and pressurizing fuel from a fuel intake passage 25 into a pressurizing chamber 17 through an intake valve 26, the solenoid valve 28 which is disposed in a relief passage 31 for communicating the fuel intake passage 25 and the pressurizing chamber 17 of a fuel pump 3 and for controlling a delivery by relieving pressurized fuel in the pressurizing chamber 17 at the time of opening the valve, and a control means 13 for applying a valve opening signal to the solenoid valve 28. A time width of the valve opening signal applied to the solenoid valve 28 by the control means 13 is set to a time having a constant ratio at all times with respect to a reciprocating motion cycle of the plunger 15. |
