COMMUNICATION UNIT, MULTI-LINK DATA TRANSMISSION METHOD, MULTI-LINK DATA TRANSMISSION SYSTEM AND RECORDING MEDIUM RECORDING PROGRAM TO REALIZE THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that in a conventional data transmission method, dummy data has to be inserted when no data transmission request comes because a frame with a fixed length is used for data transmission, much power (e.g. light emission in optical communication or the like) is consumed for transmission of the dummy data in a primary station side, and a processing load is increased because processing to eliminate the dummy data from the communication frame with the fixed length is required in a secondary station side. SOLUTION: Data are transmitted in timing when a data reception interval is equal to that of a transmitter side clock. The data are immediately transmitted or transmitted with a delay depending on the quantity of data to establish the synchronization. Fluctuations in the transmission timing are caused because of a fluctuated transmission time due to non-real time data being nonperiodically produced. The data are transmitted after a time required for the transmission of the dummy data different from insertion of dummy data adopted for the conventional transmission method.
